Jake and Gino have one you can download from their site, but it wasn't like the pitch decks I've seen for non-real estate investments; it's a little cartoonish and didn't make me want to become an investor with them.

I generally look for the areas of a market that have a large amount of available rentals on sites like Zillow or Redfin that are closer in dollar amount to the FMRs for that county.

Sites like Census.gov or Zillow's market trends can give great insights.

I need to get more experience under my belt.And Brandon, I agree as well.Most here on BP, believe that buying notes is some other aspect of RE investing, it's not really, I don't even know why it's on a real estate site.
