Keep in mind on BP wholesaling without a license is encouraged by many so they will see nothing wrong with advertising something they dont own.. they will claim equitable interest vis a vi a contract in place.. will be interesting to see how your state reacts to all of this.Lastly some of the absolute biggest profits made in real estate is owning and selling land in the path of progress thats were true millions are made just like what happened to you folks.

the Locals love it make it work and god bless them.. the OOS folks want to in the worse way.. but many just dont know what they dont know.. they dont live there they never lived in those environments.. and well once they get knee deep in them have a hard time with them vis a vi turn over  people like you post pictures of that live in horrid conditions and non payment of rent.
