I mean I know what it is... but never heard that term before but I that's not unusual for someone of my computer literacy and online interactions.however if you have had a bad experience with a turn key company you should post it.There was a lady who bought one in Birmingham through a turn key company and it was a long thread on what poor service she got.. but I can't e mail and say hey you should put that on turnkey reviews.. can't force folks to do it..

I agree Christopher, and to  be clear none of my comments were directed  at you personally, or specific to your system, I always address things from a generic view point of the subject matter, however, I am not, nor would I advocate zero interest notes for more than 12 months or under some very unusual situation where such a note was intentionally created to accomplish something for the note holder.

However, it is a C, C- neighborhood, with and unusually low rent roll (and, as I investigate Craigslist, Zillow, and apartments.com, the competition seems to have rents that aren't much higher).

Is there anything unusual that stands out (stain on carpet, torn lino in kitchen, scuff marks on walls or doors, etc.)Personally, I think that your property manager is probably wearing too many hats and falling behind on communication because of the workload.
