I would buckle down and pay off your debts, get your credit up (you can contest negative remarks FYI) and get yourself in a position to be a strong buyer.

Yeah, he likely would have lost, but if there was any sincerity in his remarks, I give him some credit...He said:"[I do] not love Congress [and that the body] is not operating as it should....It may be shocking that someone in public office would actually decide to voluntarily step down, but I reached a conclusion that if I could help to create jobs by growing a business, or help educate our children in a university or college, or help a philanthropy or charity, I would be getting more done to help people in their daily lives than Congress is currently doing."

I may or may not do this right away, I don't want to act like I'm intruding on her, I don't get the vibe that she's doing anything wrong,I'd get entry to her apartment ASAP, especially given the short conversation you had with her and her remarks

I say it's actually easier to get good financing when you're buying a large 100 unit plus Multifamuly complex, but that's another story.But as to the specific remark on more work, the following.I strongly suggest you carefully select a Professional Management Company to help you with a lot of the due diligence.
