I think at times landlord are relationship therapist too  

I started to get very tired of his problem and I am not his family therapist. 

I have been reading a lot about this and it seems that landlords can request documentation from a health professional like the persons primary care physician or their therapist, and not accept the online certificate.

I've only ended up selecting traveling medical professionals (nurses, physical therapists and a physician's assistant who is relocating to the area) but I think it's just a numbers game in my area.

This can be done by a social worker, counselor, therapist, doctor, chiropractor, etcThey cannot be treated as a pet, no deposits or fees to be associated with it and you MUST not steer the tenant to another property because of this pet.

There is also a part that addresses noise. complaints--.we send a letter if it is after 10 pm and its something valid like loud music on a constant basis You need to be very firm & let them know you are not their Mother , therapist , maid,or friend-- you are a landlord.

What this means is that, personally, I would be less likely to accept some online ESA certification service (ESAs do not need to be trained or certified like service animals are), and request a note from their local therapist/doctor/social worker/peer support group. 

Ive spoken to every nursery,chiropractor, dector,dentist, therapists, sole practitioner in the phone book, but to no avail.
