GMOs are not the solution.Actually, people are going to realize that drugs are not the answer.

Look for safe accounts that pay good interest or dividends to grow your security.

That others are to deliver success and profit to you with a bow on it. 

Now have a portfolio of 6 properties with some that are owned others just managed but turn key operation for sure. 

These LLM’s are like puppies that want to please you.

So if you are using that site or something similar you could very well over pay for the home.

The ways around that are to build a business around supporting their voucher and inspection program and spending no small amount of effort ensuring they are smoothly servicing your rentals. 

I think its rare you can take a model you're doing in this are or product and just move it somewhere else or on to some other product.To me, If you have a niche that works and you're good at it and the numbers are strong,  I believe you should put everything you have into that business model and grow it and grow it fast while the getting is good. 

As stated we are not interested in folks that do a  few a year.
