@Tadas Bendaravicius what I meant by if you have to replace one window you have to replace them all is that it is unlikely they painted only one window in a house with lead paint.

If I understood correctly, you meant to say, using one bank account and keeping separate book of account/debit-credit for each of the Series so at end of the year, we know the exact financial status of each of the series..right?
