Hi Rhyna, I live in Las Vegas and have invested here, and surrounding rural towns in NV and AZ, for the last couple years.The short term market in Las Vegas is very tough, Clark County is pretty strict on Airbnb/STR.

4 units are great because they give you the option to rent some units out while you're working on fixing the other ones up and there is a lot of rental demand in Cleveland and surrounding neighborhoods right now, so it's a great time to get in the market!
