All that matters is whether the property will attract reliable tenants (A reliable tenant stays many years, pays the rent on schedule, and takes good care of the property).

The tenant wants to stay 2 weeks post closing in order to get all of his stuff out.

What I've realized is that a lot of these companies that do pay for housing stay in the larger apartment complexes because the companies pay for it.

Just be prepared for a learning curve and stay adaptable to new challenges.
