Not scientific at all, but the overwhelming amount of owners who added PickleBall courts said there was either none or very little increase on ROI for the PickleBall courts.I have STRs with pools, but not in your market.

I think some of it is that I have gotten comfortable with the 10,000 person towns on the coast that are so easy to quickly get to know that trying to get to know a big city like Reno is just a bit overwhelming.

It can feel overwhelming, and you might not know where to start just yet.

Something to keep in mind is that the overwhelming majority of the individuals that work out there are skilled tradesmen who could go to a different jobsite at any time for various reasons.

That being said my tenants rebelled when I tried to use a management software and overwhelmingly said they didn’t trust an App they didn’t know and wouldn’t use it.

Most of the landlords here who are successful, quickly buy 10+ for more economies of scale, have good handymen on staff, and have eviction lawyers / attorneys ready to go.

There is really so many different ways to do this it's just overwhelming to try and think on 1, or present just 1, and who's to say which best connects with you.
