Didn't know the city, didn't know the real estate market, didn't know a soul or a damn thing. 

I have been on a soul searching adventure during this pandemic which has lead me down a path of financial literacy and a more recent love for building real estate knowledge.

While I firmly believe in crypto and how various layer 1 protocols will transform how businesses operate, and that the 1-5 year price outlook is fantastic, that doesn't mean that in the short term its not soul crushing to see your portfolio balance fluctuate by hundreds of thousands of dollars on a near daily basis. 

We as a community welcome you brave soul. when you find your why, right it out and post it everywhere. in your work space, in your car, even in your wallet. its a small action to take but writing out just gives it so much more power.last but not least, know your brand, what do you stand for? 

Well this is certainly enough to cause many people to consider throwing in the towel and giving up and going back to just being a regular ol' paycheck dependent soul like the rest of the world (I still work a full time job by the way). 

Do some soul searching and try to develop a focus, set key words for that focus and invest your learning time on it.

Poor souls, how much business awareness can one possibly get in just a few years out of high school trying to go into business for the first time?
