I had to re-rebuild a shed as it was not the exact material they require, and also found out I couldn't replace wood trim on the house with vinyl as that book requires wood trim painted a specific color until all owners on one street agree to all replace with vinyl at the same time.

There is no garage or shed, but does have central air.The inside appears to have been trashed, new flooring, patch several holes (dry wall), the kitchen needs replaced and I believe the bathroom will also.

@Dion DePaoli can shed more light, particularly what you'd have to do trying a DIL in regards to the original borrower.

I was wondering if someone could shed some light on this topic for me.Ive noticed that someone has put a property in the name of a trustee during the course of a bankruptcy.
