One of the things that drew me to rental property investing is the potential scalability of it by using OPM.I wasn't sure if private loans was some kind of a taboo topic that no one wanted to discuss too openly in the real estate business.

If you plan on purchasing multiple properties in the foreseeable future, then I would recommend looking into a Series LLC, as it has unlimited scalability under one entity.

@Cameron Tope I understand what you're saying, but two things to remember: 1) At the level you're now at, this is the best way to grow your portfolio and the number of Units you own; and2) Buying larger properties comes with scalability of costs.

The largest obstacle I'm facing now is the scalability, which is notoriously S L O W if you're looking to acquire properties or portfolio's with traditional savings from your 8-5; I've been exploring SFR portfolio listings as well as apartment complexes and I'm looking to connect with investors either in a similar situation or that can provide advice on making the jump to larger investments.
