I haven't purchased through here, and they have actually rejected my low ball cash offers (lol) - but I have talked to some people who took his rehab training course, and they have nothing but great things to say.

(maybe USTLA, I don' remember specifically)  He had to come to me for advice and yet was training others. 

We can do that in MN, at least as I recall my training on state and local laws. 

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

Whether it is asking the questions of the work order manager of the prop mgr or the owner when you are at the property (many multi families owner is still onsite) you can build rapport and swing a deal if you are trained....  

I know of no other real estate training organization has a track record like that.

Whether it is the trained and licensed professional in real estate, inspection services, septic, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc..... we need them so organize them in your target area and jump in...
