If the property can be respectably sold for $250 you have to be all in at around $200 including the commission and carry cost.

I think there may be an issue getting my mortgage holders on board to pay their respective portions from the escrow accounts.

What makes this work most efficiently is if the two parties mutually respect each other and are on the same page.
