We specialize in short-term rental investments through our integrated real estate, mortgage, and property management services, delivering expertise at every stage of the process.

Our actual carriers used to be Secura, but they seem to be getting out of a lot of insurance lines or pricing so high as to have customers drop off, and we just moved policies in Nov. to Hanover Insurance. 

Screening: Includes income verification and rental history verification.

Not once has one member ever said the LLC saved them when insurance wouldn’t have. 

That is incorrect in the rental properties context.

I currently own 3 houses (2 rentals) (1 primary).  

.🔹 Insurance Challenges – Even when insurance pays, it rarely covers the actual cost to completely rebuild.

Medium term rentals may be a better option.
