I been tempted many times to leave but for now I am hanging on tight and milk it as much i can.  

Is it greedy when the grocery store charges you market rate for hamburger and milk?

It's like going to a farming site and telling everyone that you are going to buy a piece of land at a good price to go into the ostrich milking business.

Almost positive the property manager (who it has became clear to us is just a local handyman overseeing the properties and not actually a property manager) is trying to sabotage the deal so he can keep milking the property owner.

Recycled that money and purchased a flip in Aug of 2019.

Here in Georgia if they mention the word snow in the  forecast you can be assured the store shelves will be empty of milk, eggs, bread and bottled water.

@Steven Gesis this may be too out of the box, but solar panels, composting, expanding recycling centers.Depending on market, millennials are much more environmentally conscious.

We all know NYC is insane with separation of trash/recycling and loves to issue fines.How much do people on here pay for trash sorting/ taking to the curb per month for a 2 family? 

Especially, since I could recycle the PLOC a few times over the duration of the line.

This allows me to recycle the same money while I build wealth and cash flow.If you continue to buy properties at market value you will continue to need to put 20 - 25% down for each purchase and you will eventually run out of money to buy more properties.
