Do you think such an occurrence was something that happens with every market downturn/correction, or do you think it was because of the monumental nature of the Great Recession? 

Real estate agent thought it was a 45k property but after seeing how it was a little recessed from the street she reassessed at 25k. 

When looking at the macro outlook of the economy and specifically looking at a market correction study the inverted yield curve and it may shed some light on the timing for the next recession. 

Unless something major like recession, crash, etc, happen, rent generally goes up.

Mobilehome Parks are supposed to be much more recession resistant.

lets say I take a look at a house that could use a rehab, kitchen, bath, windows, floor, paint, moldings, recess lights, lawn ,.....What about the electrical ?
