just joined,im in so cal looking for raw land flat for development,no rural areas 

I would like to start picking up larger tracts of raw land- as long as the property cashflows with 20-30% down the purchase price doesn’t really matter.

Now I more focused on residential zoned raw land to develop and sell to developers..

Hello,I would like to know your thoughts on developing a raw land into a strip mall. 

This is my first time in the real estate world I somehow found myself developing raw land and building anew construction home. 

One should be cognizant of diversification in your real estate portfolio, so spreading investments amongst apartments, self-storage, mobile home parks, single family residential, commercial and raw land development is a great way to achieve this.

This was raw land which made it easier but it could also work if you were buying multiple buildings/units in the same deal.  

Looking to partner with someone who is interested in coming in on this and is experienced in taking raw land and making something happen.

Few to no lenders even Non QM loan on land.You are asking to cross collateralize raw lots with units.You can do seperate DSCR loans on 1 2 3 or 4 units on one parcel but NOT on raw land.
