Another thing to consider is that the more bookings you successfully complete through the VRBO or the Airbnb platforms the higher your property gets ranked and so the more people get to see it.

They have been rated as having the best training program out there - not only ranked against real estate agencies, but of all of the companies that have training programs. 

The only reason I wouldn't rank this higher is because those small doelger homes are not built as nice as the Richmond district Edwardians yet are going for almost as much.

Things to maybe look for I've learned could be:  household income, median home price, job growth, industries, school/education ranking, percentage of renters in area, unemployment rates etc. 

Ben Toth stop reading books just build a spreadsheet to analyze a properties you see and rank them so you know a deal when you see them.

Maxing out your TSP may not be beneficial, depending on your rank, income, and family situation
