Funny thing about mortgage fraud, the lender doesn't have to press charges, an FBI agent can just pick you up and drop you off at the local jail, the federal prosecuter can chage you and send you through the system.

I believe anybody that worked there should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, for destroying other peoples lives!!

I don't think any Federal or state agency will prosecute you for sending a letter (although it technically may be a securities violation).

Any 401k /Pension plan/Trust issues that are prosecuted almost always have to do with much larger entities and larger breaches of duty by the trustee toward the employees.

The State of California, HCD, has published a bulletin in February that they will prosecute people who occupy, sell or rent illegal tiny homes.

I look at it like if I were in a court room and a prosecuting attorney were trying to pierce my LLC by proving I acted knowingly or unknowingly as an SP how can I prove otherwise.

I don't think landlords are at any risk of being prosecuted under this law.
