Finding an agent that knows the market and can find you properties that provide a profit (for both of you) is worth the effort.One more thing about the contract . . . be sure to read the ENTIRE document and ask for clarification is needed.

I had a chat with them on the phone as i was curious about the funding.. but came to the conclusion that the down payment ( the client made to buy) was probably what they paid for the property and the seller carry back note was the profit.. and then the seller carry back note is sold to yet another investor.. who is investing for coupon money.

was there an agreement between you and your parents that they should share in the profits / losses of the airbnb / property.If there was an agreement, they should also be included in the LLC.It is best to discuss this all with an attorney.Best of luck!
