If you have some connection/professionals that you trust who can give you unbiased information on the area you are interested in investing, then remote investing becomes easy.I live in Texas, and invest in the Midwest (IL, OH) because we have boots on the ground that provide us necessary infrastructure needed to underwrite, buy and manage properties.

Usually MTR comes fully furnished with utilities included, so you pay for the convenience.if the area has traveling nurses, other professionals that come for a few months for work they normally pay more, in certain cases the employer pays the rent not familiar with that particular market,  but worth looking into it.

We’ve been victims ourselves and I’ve been told that directly by law enforcement.We had a scammer create a very professional website using the exact name of our lending company.
