Different phases of the journey I guess :)By starting with self-management, I definitely learned to appreciate what the PM was doing for me.

I've paid my dues in multiple different programs through the years and I've had some amazing experiences as a result and some not so good ones.

I think the real estate professional strategy works if it is your primary source of income.

Inherently the steps are the same as if you were purchasing with financing save potentially less closing costs and ability to close sooner (if needed).The terms of your offer (ie -contingencies, closing cost splits etc) will determine what is different. 

Of course, you're in FL and I'm in NY so there's a world of difference.  

I currently own 4 rentals in different states and looking to buy more.

If its someone you know vs someone you do not it will be different.

I'm still in the learning phase and have read about a hundred different books on FI and personal finance.Looking for any resources that might help me on my way.
