Venecia, I totally get it—there's so much content out there that it can feel overwhelming, and taking that first step can be really daunting.What I’d encourage you to do is really sit down and think: what's holding you back?

Our listings appear across so many platforms I would not know which site they stole them from. 

We had a client that bought in Port huron and then ended up selling their property because they went through 3 PMCs and gave up trying to find a great one:(Some copy and paste advice below:--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Recommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

In the meantime though, I'd try to just actively build your platform here on Bigger Pockets and just casually connect with people. 

They've been claiming for months that they are implementing a new mortgage servicing platform.

And if you’re listing the house online, try platforms like LoopNet or local Facebook groups for real estate or community housing.Just make sure to do your homework and ask for references, check their track record, and make sure they’re following any local zoning or licensing rules.
