I'm located in Los Angeles, Ca the San Fernando Valley, Northridge, West Hills area.

My next step will be to contact any authority with jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, as well as the crime/fraud unit in Los Angeles, followed by every outlet and network available to me.

An architect told me that the structural engineer services for building a 1000 sq ft 2 story ADU in Los Angeles would be $15K-20K.

@Emil Pinlac I’ve done a handful of ADUs here in Los Angeles area, It usually cost me around 30k to do a straight garage conversion (420-500 square feet)and around 40-50k For a brand new 500 square feet ADU but I do it as owner builder and sub everything out.

I have an STR in Bakersfield (and several more in OC and Los Angeles) that I just got started on and so far it is doing quite well. 

We live in Los Angeles, both are self employed 1099 independent contractors, combined annual income roughly 250k pre-tax.
