I came across this site during some bored (at-work) perusing and instantly knew I had to sign up.

Just perused this thread.

. =)I think the point I'm making is to encourage more action and true relationship building than perusing.

I appreciate the feedback from BP members, I have spent many hours perusing the site!

A: 374,000 as per US Census 11 - How many hard money loans are used per year by investors?

For example, I paid $308,000.00 and could have purchased something a bit smaller for $150,000.00, so just getting people to peruse the development sometimes is tricky, I believe the memberships goal is to make the area enticing to new buyers without the drama of what seems pretty typical in an HOA (sigh).

I've found 2 excellent cashflow areas by perusing e-bay to see what people would be willing to sell houses for there.
