For example, I paid $308,000.00 and could have purchased something a bit smaller for $150,000.00, so just getting people to peruse the development sometimes is tricky, I believe the memberships goal is to make the area enticing to new buyers without the drama of what seems pretty typical in an HOA (sigh).
