I currently have 4 rentals and put an offer on a commercial property that is pending.  

Two simple examples: 2 houses went up across the street from me last week - they each were open Saturday and Sunday, had roughly 150 people through each of them and both are now pending with multiple offers

I currently have one deal pending which I hope to close on in June.

Thats one reason why we are so keen on this 50% discount.On the other hand, we visited 10 houses last week and only 2 were OK of which 1 is already pending.

I like to know what they're thinking about each month; how they perceive the rental demand and tenant pool; what changes they're seeing in the market; what they hear about pending legislation and other government issues that will affect us, etc.

One other wrinkle for those in other parts of the world is that we can't move short sale listings to Pending status until third party approval is granted.

How about those with lots of equity, pretty house and pending foreclosure?..

It had been listed since August, and our second closing date was January 30th.After politely listening to the closing attorney tell me that this was common with these bank attorneys, and that he had a number of closings pending for the same reason, and then scold me for personally getting involved and not letting them do their job and didn’t I know the bank had an out if they couldn’t prove title and I had no choice other than to extend closing or go away without my earnest money, I got a little pi**ed.

It is pending foreclosure sale on a month to month basis as it is in a forebearance agreement currently.
