For non-primary residences, they have to follow all of the following rules to receive a permit: - the property must be a minimum of one (1) acre in size (designed as a precaution to disturbances)- The building standards of the underlying zone district must be met - Adequate parking is provided - Defensible Space requirements are met - Valid water and sanitation must be demonstrated - No more than five (5) bedrooms are in the dwelling As time goes on, they continue to become more strict on the rules listed above here, and are actively regulating it.

They usually have the expectation that students should be respectful, not park in the yard, have loud parties, etc. 

I'm currently wholesaling in rough areas.Example -S ChicagoCollege Park (Atlanta) Orange Mound (Memphis) What are some other areas weshould look in?

Maybe someone else could chime in, but for my area, 2.15 acres might be a very small park? 

We have added parking behind the home on some of our houses or extended the driveway to allow for more off-street parking. 

All units are 2 bed 1 bath, single story with off street parking. 

On 5/15, which is after our official termination date of 5/14, I requested next steps on getting funds and clarification on outstanding accounting items.
