I am trying to restructure my rental units (2 duplexes), currently in PA. 

I am just looking to get some background info on Tobyhanna, PA.

I used to be a property manager in Los Angeles and moved back to Pittsburgh, PA during COVID.

I’m still fairly new, but not that new to rentals(a few years having a tenant) and I have a couple questions that I’m ashamed to ask because it seems like I’ve been doing bad practices and I should fix them before I continue, but anyways: I live in Pa, so with regards to smoke detectors and CO detectors they have to be replaced every 10 years?

She is not going to change her residence "on paper" because she lives in PA where her retirement income isn't taxed by the state. 

Please correct me if anything I say about my plan is wrong and I'm willing to learn/listen to more advices here.I'm currently living in PA will be paying off my house this year (only $20,000 left).

In PA we have a form we submit with an offer called the Tenant Occupied Addendum Form.

Hi My house in PA was built by builder in 2022 n sold by Builder in April 2022.However the mls is now showing as 2021 as year built .

Back in 2012, I started investing in turnkey rentals in Birmingham, and I even ventured into Indianapolis, Atlanta, and Pennsylvania.

Legislation was just introduced in Pennsylvania as well.
