One of my original mentors was PRO lease option on the purchase side, however I never felt  peace about it.I was always concerned what if something happened to the original seller and they did not cooperate when it came time to exercise the option. 

While the offer sounds tempting, I want to ensure I capitalize on these contracts fairly and effectively.Here are my main questions:Should I entertain the idea of terminating my current contracts, or is it better to stick to my original wholesale plan?

RTC stands for "Over the Counter" which itself means, liens that were not sold at the original lien auction and are available no on  a first come first served basis at face value.
