Again, that of course depends on the market and I am not familiar with Cleveland as STR market, only as LTR one.

But I don’t know what value they will add and how to find a good one.

One of the factors that I look at for listed on market properties is Days on Market (DOM) and properties that have had price reductions, sometimes multiple price reductions. 

@Ryan Prichard one of the better options out there that can handle commercial properties, for what I'd consider a "low cost" platform is Hemlane. 

I'm in Coppell and Southlake , but travel all over North Texas if you want to meet up.All of the cities you mentioned are probably good targets and where the better action is.Flips are not easy right now, so I would keep open on the 1st one to any and all those cities.

What's one fun fact or something you love about your real estate occupation?

Generally speaking, with SFR or small multis, I just rely on the lease/rent roll (and some form of proof of payment; i.e. bank statements, deposit receipts, tax returns, etc.). 

I know there is one in PK but looking to do a northern Ulster one either in Kingston or Saugerties.
