@Melissa Thompson I've never heard of this company but you should be able to verify wiring instructions over the phone and I'd never wire money to a different entity than the one on the contract, or anyone who I can't verify several different ways.

Just frustrating since I was not there and didn't agree to that term and if I saw it would have canceled the closing, and I think the loan officer could have assumed as much since much of our phone conversations surrounded investing and rentals. 

Per our phone call the other day, I use RealizePM to manage 24-units and I'm a big fan!

However, I would get an out of the blue phone call about once a month from someone saying that they'd put up some money if we wanted to go in on a property together.  

I have a tenant that is not paying rent, and won't answer phone calls or texts, so I need to start the eviction process. 

Maybe something unconventional like storage units or mobile home parks?

If you want they're help applying for permits or getting contractors around, that's a different story, but general questions is what every business answers the phones for. 

My wife was on the phone with a potential tenant as she was arriving at the building to view the unit.
