Any possible solutions (aside from just fixing everything immediately or asking for a massive price reduction)?

I'm worried this is now going to be yet another massive expense.It seems to be a single meter panel with 10 - 12 meter bases is very $$ and hard to find.

I believe he had good intentions and big aspirations but it became too massively difficult to control.

In Franklinton there are plenty of large projects going on that will bring massive growth to the west side of Columbus, such as the Peninsula Development, which is a multiphase project that will erect a 24 story apartment complex featuring a grocery store, a multi use office space building, and a new hotel featuring a two-story Pins Mechanical venue.

If you want to pursue flipping you could start off small with something that needs updating and general repairs rather than a massive flip, that is what I am currently doing.

Of course, we were monitoring the situations and asked neighbors to quiet down on occasions, but because they still occasionally made noise (regular household noise, not massive, all-night parties), and I didn't evict, then I'm not accommodating her needs.Does anyone know of any special accommodations that need to be made for mental health reasons (as opposed to handicapped access, etc) that I need to know about before going to court?

With that being said, would the demographic I rent the 2-3 unit MFR be different from the demographic targeted by this massive rise in larger MFR (apartment complexes etc)? 

You would need quite a massive amount of training data to actually build something like that for it to actually give valid and relevant results.
