All are on separate 800 square foot floors, with front and back door egress, well maintained and gut renovations were completed in 2019.

Even then, you can expect they won't be able to maintain the home to the same level you did while living in it.

Many were clearly caught off guard by the detail that their distribution could be halted and their investment converted to stock.  

@Jack SeidenGreat question: I am 60/40 stocks and real estate right now, excluding my primary (my investment in BiggerPockets as a private business). 

A nice 3 bed 1 bath around 1200 sq ft is easy to buy, cost very little to maintain, rents easy, and is easy to sell to another investor or a homeowner.
