Banks really don't understand crypto, and the ones that do hate it because it POTENTIALLY puts t hem out of a job. 

I did a better job syncing using iCal directly.  

However, I live close-by (30 minute drive), recently retired from my day-job, and if the loan is not too large, I might be willing to do a deal just to learn a bit more about another side of RE.  

The challenge is that non-government jobs are often short-lived.

USDA does not.If you have a job gap (6+ months of unemployment) on an FHA loan, then you have to go back 2 years prior to the job gap AND be back to work for 6 months before you are eligible.How to avoid this?

Lock are EASY to change if you just stick with the same brand -- it is a 10 minute job.   

My two cents: get a job and HUSTLE right out of school and create some income and save up some capital.
