Hi there, Just want to see if you had any feedback on Dubai Market from fellow BP.

If you can find one its Millions of dollars since those types of spaces ar3e close to beaches here. 

There l also learned to do commercial job take offs and estimating. 

Their main sales pitch is that they will teach you how to make more money by charging your investors double the industry average acquisition fee.  

I am having difficulty finding a lender who can match a loan type as the single family seems to be complicating things.

How many roofs?

I would consider getting 1-2 deals on market before you purchase off-market.

@Malcolm Brown it is great that you are thinking of the money to fund the deals you are going to get started with but understanding what a deal is, I think, should be the starting point.
