Are you able to move into the property and make it your primary residence?

They are not that helpful honestly unless you get popular tags like A-frame, OMG or luxe which you can’t just get it through adding descriptions on photos.

They'll request proof of income, proof of residency, and non-payment notice. 

I have found that I get more appreciation on the single family house because I can sell it to an investor or as a primary residence.
