If an owner occupant buys it for $110-120K they got a good deal and the bank is much happier.

Losing $5,000 or $10,000 in profit because you don't want to put up $500 or $1000 deposit that you are going to get back when you close is not good business in my book.If its a deal then put your money where your mouth is (IF you have to, of course :D)

Something that conceptually seems easier when we drew up the plans is a bit more of a task.We will be using Google Adsense and we won't be using Google Adwords....we have no use for that because our marketing/advertising is gonna be word of mouth/viral once we get the site operational.
