I could not be happier sitting down to write this post!

Having a partner who is there to back you up thru thick and thin, and likewise you are there for them ultimately makes more people happier than real estate empires. 

I would make more than you and maybe should be happier with my sale...but I'd still consider my ARV off by 3%.  

That reduces overloading and keeps tenants happier.

Through the first 2 months I couldn't be happier and you still can't take the smile off my face because this is what i signed up for, this is what i have always wanted to do with my life, and I fricking love real estate.

Now I feel as though we're on one accord so I'm a bit happier.

I have had a few minor issues during the first lease year, but found the faster you respond to these situations the happier your tenants will be.

The cost will still be low, the work will be done right and it will make the tenant happier about this particular thing, all while avoiding setting a precedent for him to feel like he can renovate the entire apartment to his liking.If he wants to update a house, he should buy his own house.

It is possible that a small local bank will be happier to do the deal because they can more accurately value the comps.

I am on day 3 of training and I could not be happier with my choice.
