The leasing fees are the low hanging fruit that makes that business even worth pursuing.

I sincerely believe that at your age & considering what you've already pulled off if you hang in there, you'll hit your goals.We're all stuck in our own heads & sometimes it's tough to find answers.

Depending on where your target audience hangs out, you might need different solutions.

If you can make it work as is now then hang in there. 

PM seems to be the main hang-up.
