In my opinion, it's similar to bird dogging and when has a bird dog been handsomely compensated AFTER the property was fixed and flipped?

They are prosecuting the real estate professionals but the biggest criminals, the bankers, who benefited handsomely as the bubble inflated and then again when it crashed will never face criminal charges.

Also, It's not worth getting your license because more doors are slammed in your face by homeowners.On the other hand, some realtors are saying that as a licensed agent you can better service homeowners and you have direct access to the MLS.

We had a chance to see first hand some of the pros and cons.  

As a wholesaler, you main position is to get sellers under contract at a discount, and enough where you can make your money, the buyer makes a handsome profit, and your seller get what they want. 

On the other hand, some states offer Tax Deeds--with no redemption period at all (e.g., Hawaii, New Mexico, and several-several others).
