Yawn …the market went from bizzerk to normalizing , no need to hit the fire alarm quite yet , my STR in FL is doing fine, yes I’d like more cash flow and expenses are high but I’m a buy and hold, FL will always be a top vacation destination.

Be hands on and work with your guests every day.

Of course, this requires professionalism on our part, but it also holds them to that standard.

@Eric Smith A 1031 exchange with a related party is possible but comes with strict IRS scrutiny and holding period requirements.
