I've had success at Habitat for Humanity REstore.

Our local Habitat for Humanity Restore always has tons of new good tile for a really low price!

We have a very nice Restore/Habitat for Humanity store and warehouse- people in the Aspen area donate super fancy everything, so I'm confident that one way or another I'll find a set for a good price. 

@Ross Ellington You could consider volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, it's a quick way to ask questions and learn how to build a house.

It does make more sense when you visit but in my experience that I explored all parts of Spain, Marbella is the place to gin to, 50% of habitats international, wealthy and high class, host of many 5 star hotels abscond superb golf courses, plus Michelin rated restaurants.

@Michael Leeson there are two programs I’m involved with which are doing great work in this area and are worth mentioning here: Habitat for Humanity and GRID Alternatives.

For the new installations where there were not windows we went to Habitat for humanity and got some nice quality brand new windows in the sizes we wanted and now the house has new windows for penny's on the dollar.  

Also there is a Habitat for Humanity resale store at Hampton and Singleton in West Dallas. 

I then felt I did not know enough about construction, so I volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and watched construction videos.
