Redlands is a cool old town with lots of restaurants and coffee shops that could work... and of course it doesn't need to be in Redlands.

My friends look at me funny when I order the KC style ribs at the restaurant locally.

I learned what a tip guard is... and it's not something waiters wear in a restaurant.

@Victoria Jonagan Beyond the obvious of listing with an agent on the mls, try the little free apartment guide circulations that you find at restaurants and newspaper stands.

They are most common in restaurants and VERY DIFFICULT to remove.

@Ryan HoldenThat's like having three dates arrive at the restaurant at the same time... :-)You can show time all around and see what they suggest, but it doesn't give you a chance to build rapport with all three there at the same time.

Richmond is a great city with a lot of great restaurants and some great places to live right outside of the city.
