Any opinion to the contrary given by anyone else will result in the accusation that "you are trying to stop competition because you're afraid we will be successful" or "everybody has to start somewhere " and they will tell each other "don't be discourage by negative thinkers". 7- the best education in real estate comes from courses given at colleges and or by realtor organizations or by CCIM.

This is just a hunch, but i think they had a big board meeting when they were nearing there target reserve levels to initiate release and it went: "well boys n girls, we will have the reserves built next week to start dumping these reo's, but know what, our lobbiests rocked and got us all the money we could ever need, and I'm loving these reserve numbers, screw it, lets invest these reserves and make MORE, and just trickle those reo's out until values make it worth our while to dump em" "but sir, what if these decaying assets start costing us, in Michigan we have to tear them down?"

Ill work out all the legal issues and be careful not to accuse anyone but it will be more or less known whats happening. the most prevalent crime here is prostitution..so ive got some good ideas on how to keep the customers away and make it a little humorous for the residents at the same time.
