Are the new updates benefits for all parties, or are you frustrated with the outcome?  

Unfortunately, I’ve encountered several issues with the agent’s conduct that have left me feeling misled and frustrated.

Plus you won't be frustrated / discouraged waiting to find the perfect BRRRR I think you will like being an owner rather than an employee!

Need to be able to clear release price.I didn't realize till after the refinance that they add twenty percent to each one these in a release price it's frustrating.
