So vital people do this, look at them every day, rewrite them every day and have a plan of action to make each come to fruition.

I have been doing my best to keep up on the subject but, there still seems to be so much grey area. 2 years ago I was thinking we might get a new president by the time any of this came to fruition and, the whole thing would just fall by the wayside.

Many crashes occur way after all the signs come to fruition.

So the foreclosures that should have already happened 5 years ago are just coming to fruition now.
