Kinda the same logic why not to pay 50-75k for a franchise to help you do the same type of marketing, worst case you acquire a property at a steep discount without having to have found the deal, right?

@Adam Christopher I have heard of that company in Denver.. but discount brokerages started years ago with Help u Sell franchises... this one in Denver.. not sure how they can stay afloat charging that little there simply is not enough transactions to make the kind of money you need to pay over head and E and O insurance and the associated risks.But maybe Tesla is on to something.. they sell cars in show rooms no salesmen hounding you order on line..
