Hello,My wife is a realtor and has used Property Frameworks for all of her clients that buy with her and rent them out to tenants.

Getting your license is inexpensive and gives you the opportunity to educate yourself on state and national legal structuring around real estate to give you the framework to build off of and is worth it, in my opinion, just for that.

Obviously this is a hyper-simplistic view of the market but hopefully it gives a new framework to your thinking? 

Hi Dorian,I was going to say Gaborone in Botswana Africa, but then you want to stay in Florida.The cost of living there is about half of that in the USA, effectively doubling your stay at home USA income.French president Sarkozy wants Botswana to be excluded from the international business community because it's a tax haven that does not have a suitable legal framework to exchange of tax information with other countries.It's not a just a jungle full of lions. 

I came across the books Your Money or Your Life, and Voluntary Simplicity in my early 20's, then Rich Dad Poor Dad giving me a framework to think about the money side of creating the life I desired.

Many times the level of documentation can provide a needed frame work to ensure that the process follows statute.  

Set a goal before seeing how much you could put monthly toward those credit cards first to lay a framework.

That's would be my framework for thinking about your situation at least.
